Pay only if we fix
You do not have pay unless we fix your device! We do take a small charge of Rs 100 for all mobiles & tablets as 'Engineers Checking Charge'. For dead devices, it is Rs 200. For Computers and Laptops, the amount is Rs 300. This charge is adjusted in the final bill. In a rare case if the device is not repaired, this is the only charge you pay.
